Exeter River Cooperative is located on over 80 acres in historic Exeter, NH. We are situated close to downtown, the Exeter River and several different conservation areas. This is a resident owned community which means that the Cooperative is run by its members. Our community is quiet and respectful and for summer fun we have a swimming pool and playground on the property.
