Become a Member
As a member, you will own one share of the Cooperative, which collectively owns the entire community. Members vote at our annual meeting on By-laws, Community Rules, Annual Budget, and other important issues. We hope you will consider joining us as a member-owner. Members are also welcome to attend our monthly board meetings.
